Refund Policy
Refund and chargeback handling remains a draft policy area and has not been finalized for public launch.
The application now implements signed refund and chargeback state transitions for the test commerce provider, but the final commercial policy and provider decision still require product and legal approval before launch.
Current state
The current commerce flow is still a test provider, but it now verifies pending payment, refund review, refund approval or rejection, chargeback open or resolution, entitlement suspension or revocation, and download-link invalidation behavior.
Future policy direction
Early-access refunds may depend on configured windows, download status, or material mismatch rules, but no blanket no-refund claim should be made without explicit approval.
