AI-ready package expectations

Published packages are expected to carry architecture context, source-of-truth rules, setup guidance, prompt pack structure, and known limitations. Verification evidence ties the published version to the documented checklist.

Activation and privacy

Phase 5 introduces optional first-run evidence behind a feature flag. The implemented flow records non-secret setup evidence only. Retention, deletion workflow, and final privacy language remain open questions tracked in project docs.
